PRESS RELEASE

NComputing Chairman and CEO Stephen Dukker to Present at World Investment Conference and California Tech Showcase

REDWOOD CITY, CALIF., May 27, 2008 –NComputing, the leading provider of desktop virtualization software and hardware, today announced that company Chairman and CEO Stephen Dukker will present at the 3rd annual California Tech Showcase and the 6th World Investment Conference, being held June 4th to 6th, 2008 in La Baule, France.

Over the past five years, La Baule has brought together the prime movers for European business competitiveness for three days of discussion and debate. The California Tech Showcase features some of the most innovative California Tech companies and connects them with European technology and business leaders. The event brings together 50 of the most promising technology companies who have been selected to present. The CTS 2008 selection committee includes senior executives from leading European companies. Other speakers scheduled to speak include the governors of California and Texas, the CEOs of Virgin Mobile, Apple/EMEA and Sony/Europe, the president of Xerox, and the founder of Wipro.

Dukker will speak during the WIC plenary session dedicated to “Attractiveness of Europe” from 9:00 a.m. to 9.45 a.m. on June 5. He also will present his company and the unique NComputing virtual desktop computing solution during the California Tech Showcase.

The NComputing solution capitalizes on a simple fact: Today’s PCs are so powerful that the vast majority of applications only use a small fraction of their computing capacity. NComputing’s virtualization software taps this unused capacity so that it can be simultaneously shared by multiple users. Each user’s monitor, keyboard, and mouse are connected to a very small and highly reliable access device, which is then connected to the shared PC. The access device itself has no CPU, memory, or moving parts, and the solution is easy to deploy and maintain. NComputing systems start at $70 per seat and in the past 18 months, over 600,000 NComputing systems have been deployed around the world.
