NComputing's management team is comprised of highly-skilled individuals with deep experience and expertise. They bring to the field a combination of technical knowledge, management experience and a commitment to helping organizations grow exponentially.
Mr. Song brings over 25 years of technology vision and entrepreneurial leadership with a focus on products that deliver life-enhancing value to education, business and consumers. He has founded and operated several start-up ventures with an inherent talent and track record for turning ideas into viable products and sustainable businesses.
Mr. Song co-founded NComputing Co. Ltd. in 2003 and successfully led the company to its early growth. By 2014, NComputing grew significantly to be the #1 thin client vendor in Asia-Pacific and the #3 thin client vendor worldwide (IDC), with over 70,000 education and business customers and 20 million daily users in over 140 countries worldwide.
In 2009 he founded Booga Ventures, a seed investment, advisory and mentoring firm dedicated to helping start-up computing technology companies located in Asia and the US.
By 2011, Mr. Song had founded ZeroDesktop, Inc. in the heart of Silicon Valley, as the next generation cloud computing solution company for mobile app and big data processing. Then, in February 2015, Mr. Song was successful in leading ZeroDesktop’s acquisition of the core assets, employees and subsidiaries of NComputing to integrate into one total end-to-end computing solution company.
Prior to co-founding NComputing in 2003, Mr. Song was the founder and CEO of DoubleSight Displays, a company that delivered affordable and cost-effective dual displays to businesses and consumers. Mr. Song holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea. He lives in Palo Alto with his family and is an active volunteer for several non-profit organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Mr. Sah is the Chief Product Officer and leads the planning & development of product portfolios and new technology initiatives.
With his multi-lingual and multi-cultural experience and background, Mr. Sah has extensive experience in the design and marketing of technology products for various industries including semiconductors, servers, consumer electronics, and Internet software/service (Mobile, Cloud, Big Data and Saas) with extensive international business exposure.
Mr. Sah has extensive hands-on experience ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies (including Intel, AMD and Vast Systems which was acquired by Synopsys), and has a successful track record building a new ecosystem and infrastructure and bringing emerging and mature products to markets.
Mr. Sah received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from University of Michigan, and is still a loyal Wolverine fan. He received his master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, with additional focus on entrepreneurship, strategy and analysis.
Mr. Pesek is the Chief Architect. Since joining as founding member of ZeroDesktop, he has applied his 25+ years of technical design, development and implementation experience to the ZeroDesktop portfolio of products.
Mr. Pesek's previous work experience includes a variety of successful system design and deployments for such high profile companies as Kaiser Permanente, UCSF, Del Monte Foods, Frito-Lay and American Express. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting with a minor in Information Systems Design from the University of Illinois.
Mr. Pesek has enjoyed living in the San Francisco Bay area since 1994 and is the proud father of two grown children. In addition to cheering on the San Francisco Giants, he also has a passion for making Pinot Noir, having lived near one of the premier wine producing areas in the world.
Mr. Polster is an industry veteran having spent more then 25 years in system- and semiconductor- sales and marketing in Europe, the US and Asia. Originally from Germany where he received a MS of Computer Science from the University of Aachen, he proceeded to work for several years in the US for AMD in engineering and marketing positions.
After his return to Germany, Mr. Polster ran sales and channel marketing organizations in EMEA and Asia for AMD serving as a GM for the European organization of AMD.
He joined NComputing in 2010, being responsible for the DACH and Eastern European regions where he grew the business and helped establish NComputing as a leading brand in desktop virtualzation and representing the company at BITKOM, the German industry organization. Since 2013 he has stepped up to run the EMEA sales and marketing organization focusing on the SMB and Education markets as well as major government projects especially in Africa and the Middle East.
Mr. Sharma is Vice President of sales for NComputing’s Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, he brings 24 years of sales experience spanning start-ups, growth-stage companies, and F100 corporations. Prior to NComputing, Mr. Sharma led the South Asia sales team for Wyse Technology. He also held positions of Managing Director of Domain Manufacturing’s APAC operations and Director of Sales, SEA for Brooks Automation (acquired by Applied Materials). He has also worked at HCL-Hewlett Packard and Sony Corporation.
He has been with the company since the last 7 years, and has driven NComputing to a leadership position in the Asia-Pacific region, in the desktop virtualization space.
Mr. Manley oversees all sales, services, support, and strategic alliances within the Americas regions, as well driving additional business in new US and Latin America territories.
Mr. Manley has over twenty five years of experience in technology sales and sales management. Previously he ran his own sales and marketing consulting business which resulted in many strategic projects influencing the direction of his clients enabling growth and more efficient go-to-market programs.
Mr. Manley previously held senior positions in sales management at Ingram Micro where he was part of consistent and sustained growth initiatives with key partners and vendors. He attended San Diego State university where he majored in Management Information Systems.
Mr. Lee is a Co-Founder of NComputing business, a leading cloud computing and desktop virtualizing technology. He has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT(PC) Industry, specializing in Operations, Manufacturing and Procurement. With an extensive background ranging from entrepreneurial plant set-up to assuming management functions, he holds both talent and empirical insight as a professional in Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing.
Mr. Lee began his career as Operation director for TriGem Texas Inc and TriGem Computer, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Myoungji University in Seoul, South Korea.
